I try my best to add equivalents to recipes, but it doesn't always happen. This guide gives conversions and equivalents for common oven temperatures, volume equivalents and ingredient equivalents.

Some things to keep in mind:

This is only a guide and not exact conversions
Celsius is roughly half of a Fahrenheit temperature
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time should be reduced by 10 minutes for every hour of cook time.
Manufacturers and ovens vary, refer to your model instructions.
